Additionally featured in this latest image disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling distinct sections of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
